Did you know your diaphragm is the unsung hero of healthy breathing?
Diaphragmatic breathing, also called "belly breathing," taps into your body's natural ability to calm your mind and reduce stress.

Here’s how to practice:
Sit or lie down comfortably. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
Inhale deeply through your nose, letting your belly rise while your chest stays still.
Exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your belly fall.
Repeat for 5-10 minutes daily to improve lung efficiency, reduce anxiety, and enhance your overall well-being.
Breathe mindfully today and unlock the power of your breath!
